In June of 2021, the Lincoln Enrichment Center began partnering with the Public Health Institute of Oklahoma and hosted the first Project CATCH-UP Serology Testing Event at the center on June 15. Project CATCH-UP collaborating with the University of Oklahoma, supported the organizing of community-based COVID-19 testing events for vulnerable populations across Oklahoma to improve health outcomes. During the summer of 2021, the Lincoln Enrichment Center coordinated and participated in six events in Wagoner County partnering with the Rural Impact Food Pantry, Wagoner Community Hospital, Wagoner Public Schools, Whitehorn Cove Fire Department, Okay Christian Fellowship PCG Church, and Union Baptist Church. As a result, almost 600 individuals received free serology testing, COVID testing, vaccinations, health screenings, food boxes, hygiene items, and other resources and services.
